Christophe Gribelin came from Bordeaux and now produces wines and olive oils near Meknes. Zouina is his 250 acre estate of over 4000 trees. It is situated at the foot of the Middle Atlas Mountains, at over 800 meters of altitude. The Picholine Marocaine olive thrives in the pure air, rich soil and bountiful sun and gives us its finest expression in this fruity and unctuous oil.
